Exchanges (damaged or wrong item)
Every piece is handcrafted and made to order, so orders can't be cancelled, returned or refunded.
If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong item, we replace it. Record one continuous unboxing video when you open the parcel. It is required for every claim.
Handcrafted finish
Small variations in colour, texture or finish are natural in handmade pieces and are not defects. Photos may look slightly different depending on lighting and your screen.
