Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
At Thebagvoid, all products are handcrafted and made to order. Therefore, we follow a strict no returns, no refunds, no exchanges, and no try-and-buy policy.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we require an unboxing video for verification.
We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video while opening the parcel. The video should:
• Clearly show the unopened parcel
• Capture the product being removed and inspected
• Highlight any visible defect, damage, or incorrect item (if applicable)
• Be recorded without pauses or cuts
Please stop the video only once you are satisfied with the product.
Unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any exchange. The defect or issue must be clearly visible in the video.
Any damage caused during transit or wrong product delivery will be replaced, subject to verification through the unboxing video.
Exchange Procedure
To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@thebagvoid.com with:
• Your order details
• The unboxing video clearly showing the issue
Once your exchange request is approved:
• The product must be shipped back to our warehouse within 24 hours
• Courier charges for sending the product back will be borne by the customer
• Please share the courier receipt with us
After we receive and inspect the returned product, a replacement piece will be shipped.
Please note: Items sent without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

• Kindly review product dimensions, material details, and inside-view images/videos before placing your order.
• All product details are mentioned in the product description. If any video is not available on the website, you may check our Instagram feed or DM us on Instagram for assistance.
• Variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting and handcrafted nature of the product and do not qualify as defects.
