What are your shipping options?
We offer free standard shipping across India on orders above ₹1999. Express shipping is available at checkout.
What is your Return & Exchange policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges are only available for products that are received damaged or defective. To request an exchange, customers must provide an unboxing video showing:
• A 360° view of the sealed package before opening
• The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits
• The defect or damage clearly visible in the video
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for an exchange.
Once the claim is verified, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
