Exchanges (damaged or wrong item)
Every piece is handcrafted and made to order, so orders can't be cancelled, returned or refunded.
If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong item, we replace it. Record one continuous unboxing video when you open the parcel. It is required for every claim.
